Sim came to Canada to study as a Mechanical Engineering Technician in 2015.  Once he completed his studies, Sim moved to Winnipeg to embark on his career and make Canada his home.

With a keen interest in real estate, it was a natural progression to transition into a full time career. Applying his technical expertise, work ethic, and dedication, Sim understands what it takes to help his clients realilze their real estate goals.
